Summer Strength and Conditioning will be shut down tomorrow, July 9, and Wednesday, July 10 as part of the UIL dead period.

We will resume workouts Thursday July 11 and Friday July 12.

The week of July 15 will be a full week of workouts.  Our fall sports are getting closer to their start day.  We need everyone ready and in shape!
