Attached below is the Longhorn Summer Workout Schedule for 2019.
The dates and times for the workouts apply for both girls and boys. Please note that two-a-days for volleyball begins August 1, and football two-a-days begins August 5.
The athletes will be split up and workout with their appropriate workout groups.
The off week will be July 4 week.
Please make plans accordingly. We are looking for great attendance this summer. The summer workouts are crucial because they are a continuation of our off-season program and will make it an easier transition to the Fall sports.
Please note that even though the title is Longhorn Football, this calendar will apply to everyone. Additionally, the UIL has made changes to how we work out to the benefit of our athletes. It is very important that we make this a priority in our summer plans as much as possible!
