The Cross Country Team will begin Two-A-Days Tuesday, August 1st.

The workouts for the week will be as follows:

Tuesday:  9:00 am and 1:00 pm

Wednesday:  7:00 am only

Thursday:  7:00 am only

Friday:  7:00 am only.

All athletes – please arrive at 9:00 am.  Each workout should last no more than an hour.

The schedule is now online.

The second week schedule will be adjusted due to teacher in-service and will be distributed by Thursday.  If there are volleyball players interested in cross country, accommodations will be made.

This is for both High School and Middle School athletes.
